Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United States to various locations worldwide serviced by the United States Postal Service (USPS). By placing your order on this website, you agree to Kae Me's store policies, terms and conditions as published on our website.

We ship First Class, Priority or Priority Express at rates as offered by USPS. Customers have the liberty to choose their preferred shipping option from these shipping options. We offer free domestic shipping (US only) as follows:

 

* Orders $100 or more qualify for free First-Class Mail shipping.

* Orders over $200 qualify for free Priority Mail shipping.

* Orders over $300 qualify for free Priority Mail Express shipping.

Orders placed before 3:00PM Central Standard Time typically ship on the same day. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will generally be shipped the next business day.

If your order is missing any item(s) or arrives damaged upon delivery, please notify us info@kaemebeads.com within three (3) business days of delivery. In order to file a damaged goods claim, we require photos of both the packaging and damaged merchandise. 

​

If your order tracking shows as delivered but has not arrived, please notify us within three (3) business days for appropriate investigation and recourse. We cannot be held responsible in cases in which we are not notified in a timely manner.

Non-USA buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Refused packages qualify for a maximum refund of total paid less actual shipping cost which may exceed shipping paid. Refunds for refused packages are processed within ten (10) business days of delivery to our facilities.

 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchased item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your item(s) to qualify for our worry-free returns. Upon receiving your returned item in its original condition, you will receive your choice of refund or store credit for the full cost of your purchased product(s). No refunds or credits will be issued for any returns that are not in their original condition.

Please note that you must receive a return authorization (by making a customer inquiry) before returning your purchased product(s), and that all return shipments must be done via USPS.
